Dumpster Rental FAQs
We offer 14-yard, 16-yard, 20-yard, and 30-yard dumpsters for different types of jobs. From heavy debris and roofing to remodels, cleanouts, and large construction projects, we can help you get the right size for the work.
The 14-yard dumpster is built for heavy materials like concrete, dirt, sod, and brick. The 16-yard works well for roofing, smaller cleanups, and medium renovations. The 20-yard is a good fit for full-home cleanouts and larger remodels. The 30-yard is best for construction sites, demolition debris, and major projects.
Our standard dumpster rental is typically 7 days. If your job runs longer, give us a call and we can usually extend the rental depending on availability.
You can dispose of most household waste, yard debris, construction materials, wood, and furniture. However, for safety and environmental reasons, certain items can’t go in the dumpster, such as paint, tires, batteries, hazardous chemicals, and electronics. If you’re unsure about an item, our team can help guide you on proper disposal options.
After you schedule your dumpster, our team will deliver it to your desired location, often the same day or next day. When your project is done, we’ll come promptly to haul it away. With Dumps Easy, you can count on on-time service, professional drivers, and a hassle-free experience from start to finish.
Porta Potty Rental FAQs

Dumps Easy provides flexible servicing options to maintain cleanliness throughout your rental period, including:

Absolutely! We rent porta potties for both short-term events and long-term construction projects. Our team can set up delivery, pickup, and regular service around the length of your project and how often the units need to be cleaned.
It’s best to reserve porta potties at least a few weeks in advance, especially for larger jobs, events, or busy times of year. Booking early gives us a better chance of having the number and type of units you need available.
No, our standard porta potties are self-contained and do not require external water or electrical hookups. However, if you rent our luxury restroom trailer, it may require access to water and electricity for optimal operation. Our team will inform you of any specific requirements during the booking process.
Concrete Washout Rental FAQs
A concrete washout pan provides a safe, contained area for disposing of leftover concrete, slurry, and rinse water from mixers and pumps. Instead of letting this material spill onto the ground or into storm drains, the washout pan keeps it in one place.
Proper containment is essential for both environmental and legal reasons. Concrete waste can harm soil, waterways, and local ecosystems if not managed correctly. Using a washout pan prevents runoff and helps construction sites stay compliant with environmental regulations.
Dumps Easy offers 1.5-yard, 3-yard, and 12-yard concrete washouts. The 1.5-yard works well for pump trucks and smaller jobs, the 3-yard gives you more capacity for pump or ready-mix trucks, and the 12-yard roll-off is built for larger construction sites and frequent washouts.
When your washout pan reaches capacity, scheduling a pickup is quick and simple. Just give Dumps Easy a call, and our team will arrange prompt removal or replacement so your site stays clean and operational without delays.
Yes. Dumps Easy designs its washout services to meet local, state, and federal environmental standards. Our pans are leak-proof, and all concrete waste is handled and disposed of responsibly, keeping your project compliant and eco-friendly.
Temporary Fence Rental FAQs
The panels have an anti-climb design that makes them much harder to climb than standard chain-link fencing.
Our temporary fence rentals cost $1 per linear foot for setup and $1 per linear foot for takedown, with a monthly rental fee of $0.50 per linear foot. Our Sandbags are $10 each, and T-posts are $15 each.
Each panel is 12 feet long and 6 feet tall.
We secure the panels with sandbags or T-posts depending on the surface. Sandbags work best on concrete, asphalt, and other hard surfaces, while T-posts work better where they can be driven into the ground.
Yes. We use sandbags to secure temporary fence on concrete, asphalt, and other hard surfaces where T-posts can’t be driven into the ground.
It depends on the size and shape of the area you need to close off. Send us the approximate dimensions, linear footage, or a basic site drawing and we can help you figure out how much fence you need.
You can rent temporary fencing for as long as your project needs it. Rental is charged monthly, so it works well for both shorter jobs and long-term construction sites.
Yes. We handle delivery, setup, anchoring, takedown, and removal.
Septic Tank Pumping FAQs
Most residential septic systems benefit from pumping every 3–5 years, depending on the number of occupants and household water usage. Regular maintenance keeps the system functioning efficiently and helps prevent costly backups or damage.
There are several indicators that your septic system may need attention. Slow drains, gurgling sounds in pipes, unpleasant odors around the drain field, or standing water in your yard can all signal that it’s time for a pumping.
During a septic pumping appointment, we locate your tank, remove accumulated solids and liquids, and inspect the system for any potential issues. Our professional team ensures the tank is cleaned thoroughly and operates safely before leaving your property.
Yes. Dumps Easy provides septic pumping services for both homes and businesses, no matter the size of the system. We tailor our service to meet the specific requirements of each site, ensuring efficiency and compliance with local regulations.
To prolong the life of your system, avoid flushing grease, chemicals, or non-biodegradable items, and schedule routine inspections. Proper care helps prevent blockages and ensures your septic system continues running smoothly.
Gravel Delivery FAQs
Dumps Easy provides a variety of gravel and rock options to suit different projects. You can choose from road base, decorative rock, pea gravel, crusher fines, and other types of gravel. Our team can help you select the right material for your specific needs.
The amount of gravel required depends on the area and depth you plan to cover. For example, a standard driveway may need several cubic yards, while a smaller landscaping project requires less. If you’re unsure, Dumps Easy can provide guidance or calculations to ensure you order the right quantity.
We strive to make your project as convenient as possible. Most deliveries can be scheduled for same-day or next-day service, depending on your location and order size.
Dumps Easy provides delivery directly to your site, but spreading or grading the gravel is typically handled by the customer or a contractor. We can, however, offer advice on placement and best practices to ensure your project is completed smoothly.
Yes. Our trucks are capable of delivering gravel to sites with limited access, including residential driveways and compact lots. We take care to position the gravel safely and efficiently to minimize disruption to your property.
